Applied Traffic appoints a new Business Development Manager
Applied Traffic Limited has today announced the appointment of Colin Nutman as Business Development Manager to play a key role in developing new market opportunities for its range of Intelligent Transport Solutions.
Colin joined Applied Traffic at the start of April 2010 and this appointment signifies the growing success and further expansion of Applieds’ specialist transport systems into both the UK and international markets.
Colin has had considerable sales and sales management success in both the private and public sectors. He spent the early part of his career at Siemens in the Blue Light and insurance sectors. In 2002, he took up a role in Civica’s Enforcement Unit where his responsibilities included growth of the Transport sector and the management of the VOSA account, alongside development of major Police customers and Central Government bodies. During the last three years he ran the sales team for the Police & Security division and led significant engagements in local government, justice and home affairs, and most recently, played an influential role in developing the integrated ANPR WIM solution for VOSA now known as the VIPER system.
